What I do
individuals

COACHING
Coaching is a co-creation process, between me as the coach and you as the client. Ultimately, it is up to you decide what you want to develop and work on. My role as a coach is to set some frameworks and tools to help you get there. I will actively listen, reflect back what I hear and suggest different tools and approaches depending on your needs and personal style.
Professional coaching
Being your own boss and motivating yourself can be one of the most challenging & rewarding undertakings. Professional one-on-one coaching is for anyone who needs a helping hand in structuring, clarifying and pursuing goals in their professional life. This could look like starting a business, a new job or changing career, or maybe you're looking to improve skills in an existing job. We will set up a roadmap together and follow-up on a regular basis to make sure you reach where ever it is you are looking to go.
Leadership coaching
Leading others and building teams is a skill not many of us are taught at school. However there are ingredients each of us can learn along the way, such as how to build psychological safety, clarify goals & motivate teams. Together we will identify your strenghts, growth areas and competencies to focus on. In our sessions we will talk through your real-life situations and try different approaches so you can become the best leader for yourself and others.
Creative coaching
Pursuing an artistic practice is a beautiful process, yet can often feel daunting and even lonely. My role as a coach is to help you clarify your vision and make sure your ideas become reality. We will focus on creating healthy work structures, building a supportive team around you, navigating collaborations, directing other creatives, verbalising and clarifying roles, managing expectations and dynamics in creative projects.
How we
can work together
01.
Consultation
A free 30-minute call to get to know each other and see how we might collaborate together. A temperature check you might say. We will talk about what you need help with, what coaching is and together see what approach is right for you personally.
02.
Point of departure
The Point of Departure meeting sets the framework for our work together. We will talk about timelines, intentions and goals for our work together, set some expectations and get to work!
03.
Sessions
We meet once a week for a 60-minute session over a set period of time, for example 2 to 6 months. We follow up on progress, clear any hurdles that might have come up and talk through real-time situations you might be facing in your work life.
04.
Wrap-up
At the end of our set-out time period we take pause to reflect on our work together so far, we check in on your progress and how you are doing in relation to your intentions. Here we can decide to continue to meet monthly, or whenever you need specific help.
