Working in teams is one of the most common forms of collaboration, and can either be a joyful experience or endless cause of friction and stress. All aspects of team work become even more complex when we work in remote teams. In team coaching I work with specific teams, both IRL and online. We look at the team strengths & challenges, work through bottlenecks and make sure the team is succeeding in its goal while supporting individual wellbeing of it's members. While every team is different, my work with teams often focuses on roles, goals, feedback & relationships. I'm a big believer in experience-based learning, which means everything we talk about we will try out in the team.

High-performance team plans
If you are looking for a long-term team development strategy, we can set-up a plan tailored to the specific needs of your current setup and desired future. We will design a combination of facilitated sessions & on-demand coaching, with a toolbox and actions you can take as a team in-between sessions. This can range from a plan of 3 months to a year.
Team coaching sessions
Together we will map out what your team needs, this could be based on your survey data, conversations in your team, or any other insights. Together with your team we will get to the bottom of what you need to improve on and set up action steps together.
Workshops
We can run half- day or full-day workshops on team development, leadership, wellbeing, conflict management, values, or anything else you might be needing specific help with. The workshops can be for one team, or the whole company, with hands-on learning & on the spot implementation to your work. You will get some inspiration, food for thought, and will be able to put your insights straight into practice in your real teams.
Inspirational kick-offs
If you are short on time, need some inspiration for your next team day or company retreat, we can design a 60-min talk around leadership, creative teamwork, fostering innovation, feedback culture or building high-performing teams.
